Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you use a calculator on this site, we collect the answers you enter; none of that requires an account. If you start the guided intake at /start, we also collect your goal, your name, phone number and email address, and any other detail you choose to give. If you join for free, we collect your name, email, mobile phone and a password. Once you are a member, we store any calculator result you save, any post, reply or private message you send in the community and member messages area, any course progress and certificate, and any result you save in one of the free tools. Everything beyond the calculator itself is optional; you can use a calculator without giving us anything.

Why we collect it. We collect contact information so Alek Sarkis or a member of the LifetimePlan team can reach you about free 15-minute strategy call and your membership. We collect calculator inputs and saved plans so your dashboard can show your own numbers back to you instead of asking you to redo the math every visit. Community and message content exists so the site can actually function as a community and a place to reach us.

Who sees it. Alek Sarkis and the LifetimePlan team see what you submit. Behind the scenes, Cloudflare hosts the site and the database that stores it, delivers transactional email such as request confirmations, notifications and password resets, and runs the automated check that keeps bots out of our forms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

State privacy rights. If you live in a state that gives you a right to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you can exercise that right by emailing alek@lionsinsurance.com. We will confirm your request and respond within the time your state's law requires, and we will not sell or share your information regardless of where you live.

Contact consent and texts. Submitting a calculator, the /start intake, or the join form and checking the consent box allows LifetimePlan to contact you by phone, text or email about your membership, your saved plan, and free 15-minute strategy call. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is never a condition of using a calculator or joining for free. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email alek@lionsinsurance.com.

Your choices. You can see and edit most of what you have given us from your member profile at any time. To see, correct, export or delete anything else we hold about you, including closing your account entirely, email alek@lionsinsurance.com and we will handle it directly.

Cookies. This site sets two cookies of its own. One is a session cookie that keeps you signed in to your free membership. The other is set when you send the /start form and lasts one day, so the answers you gave can be attached to your free membership if you join with the same email address. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Children. LifetimePlan is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to open a free membership or submit the intake form.

Changes. If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and post the new version here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
