The calculators are estimates. LifetimePlan provides educational content and free tools from Alek Sarkis, an independent insurance broker. Nothing on this site is a quote, an illustration, or legal or tax advice. Product availability, rates and eligibility depend on the carrier, your health and your state.

No advice. Nothing on this site, in the courses, in the community, or on a call is financial, tax or legal advice for your specific situation. Speak to a licensed professional before making a decision based on anything you read here.

Membership and community. Membership is free, one account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account if you share it. In the community, be honest, do not give advice as if it were a professional opinion, and treat other members the way you would want to be treated. We can remove a post, a reply or an account that breaks these terms.

Use of the site. Do not submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability. This site, the calculators, the courses and the tools are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, LifetimePlan is not liable for decisions you make based on an estimate, a course, or anything posted by another member.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LifetimePlan operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
